I did something very similar in my standee teardrop. Worked great!

This battery should power the fridge about 6 hours at a 37-40watt draw. Not long enough for a full day without another source such as the car while in transit. If you buy 2 batteries, problem solved for a day.

Gosh, I thought the Element was small for 1 person. I guess if you’re tired enough from hiking or whatever your activity is, you’ll be able to sleep in the coffin-like confines. You would want to pitch a tent to throw all of your other stuff in so that you could keep the Element clear for sleeping. ❤ the creativity of the beanbag chair filling. You’ve got yourself a new subscriber 😊

Are Honda Elements and other SUVs quieter than a Ford Transit as far as road noise? Noise bothers me. If I buy a Ford Transit I plan to insulate it somehow. I drive a 1997 Lexus and it is so quiet inside. I'm 5 ft 5 inches and I want something I can stand up in but I would rather have a quiet vehicle. I won't be living in it. I only want to take occasional trips to the beaches in Georgia and stay overnight if I want
